Italian Citizenship because of Lack of Appointment

In some countries, such as Brazil, Italian Consulates cannot catch up with the administrative procedures.

This means that a person which is interested in obtaining the Italian citizenship has to wait many years to present the documents necessary for the recognizance of the Italian citizenship.

Just in the cases in which the interested person demonstrates the interest and the Consulate delay, the firm can request the Italian citizenship recognizance by a court, claiming that the plaintiff has the right and that he/she has no access to the administrative procedure to enforce his/her right.
